I've personally heard so many stories, especially in the media industry, of aspiring artists and actors moving somewhere to follow a dream and having to live out of their car. James Charles sells cars off Brookshire Blvd, but he is also thinking about people who may use his cars for more than transportation. Charles is the manager at Kiplin Automotive Group and one of his employees went to repossess a car and then told Charles that they couldn't take it because there was somebody living in the car. Charles looked for a place for her to stay but every place in Charlotte was full. Many people would have just stopped there, being okay with the fact that they tried but not Charles. He put her up in a hotel for a few nights, but then realized this problem was something they needed to be more involved in.

They have a ton of space at Kiplin Automotive Group so now he is offering that space to families who are living in their cars temporarily. They've got security cameras and bright lights.
