Pea Protein

If you haven’t been using pea protein, some of us have been using pea protein powder added to our smoothies or some people like it mixed with juice or water after a good workout. Some processing plants are using pea protein to assure we get enough nutrients in each meal, and fewer people have allergenic reactions to pea protein.

What creative ways are you using your pea protein? Think of stirring into your oatmeal or brown rice, baked goods like muffins, pancakes or double chocolate brownies.
