Dear Customer Service

Is it polite to say out loud how frustrated you are with the type of customer service you just received? Even if you go up the corporate ladder, they couldn’t give a darn either. When did customer service start going downhill; was it when companies switched to an automated service promoting us to press one or two? I find it quite strange when you even ask to speak with a supervisor when you’re experiencing a customer service rep with an attitude, they tell us we don’t have a supervisor. Really? As a customer what ticks you off the most? How many minutes into the call do you start to lose it? Dear Customer Service it’s not your dialect or accent that drives a customer over the edge, it’s your funky and condescending attitude.
