The weekends are the best time to unplug the phone without having to make excuses for not answering it, and the very best window of opportunity to binge on our favorite shows! But, just in case you run out of things to do, here's some suggestions.
Maybe take a holiday card photo! Dress the family up wearing matching pajamas, sitting in front of the fireplace, or be bold and go outside and take one in your pajamas in Uptown Charlotte.
Here's another one; maybe sending military men or women holiday cards.
Decorate a gingerbread house. This could go extremely well, or terribly wrong...lol. You could possibly turn it into a friendly family feud situation/competition and see who is the best!
Write letters to Santa. Okay, this only works if you have kids or maybe a senior citizen your close to, or neighbor.
Does gluten-free cookies or muffins for Christmas sound good? Bake and decorate some gluten-free cookies so you can brag!!!! People love some gluten-free options, like banana chocolate chip cookies with a little peanut butter in them. Here's a link .
I bet you can find more options for gluten free eating and lazy guilt free weekends.
