Thanksgiving Traditions with Kiss 95.1

It’s the start of Thanksgiving week and when you woke up this morning you probably started thinking about what to make for Thanksgiving on Thursday. Let’s change that around though…have you considered what NOT to make? Dietitian Kara Lydon advises giving yourself a break by buying these good pre-made instead.

  • Apple pie
  • Cranberry sauce
  • Gravy
  • Rolls
  • Salad

I know for my family, we typically do about half and half. Half of the food is cooked and half of the food is pre-made. That way we can spend more time together instead of someone just being in the kitchen all day preparing. I’m also starting a new thing this year and getting pre-made breakfast quiches for everyone to enjoy! I’m pretty excited about that.
