Next week is Thanksgiving and if you’re like me you will be doing your grocery shopping this weekend. Well, if you are looking for a fun cocktail to serve at the dinner you are hosting add these ingredients to your shopping list. Raspberry Limoncello Prosecco is the drink to serve if you want to impress your friends and family predinner this year.
It’s super easy to make and you only need 4 ingredients. In a large pitcher, whisk together prosecco and limoncello. Serve over raspberries, garnished with mint, if desired and you’re done!
- 3 cups prosecco, chilled
- 1 cup limoncello liqueur, chilled
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 6 sprigs fresh mint

First... I will say these are not my photos... I was too busy to take any. Had my friend Barb over for a Tuscan dinner of drunken spaghetti. Started with a glass of raspberries limoncello and prosecco (so good). The table was set with a crocheted tablecloth that my Italian grandmother (Aurora) made and was given to my mother. The drunken spaghetti was made using Gabbiano Chianti then added to sautéed garlic, prosciutto, spinach (fresh from my garden and organic), Parmesan cheese, and toasted pine nuts. Now, normally I would have served Chianti with dinner since it was used to cook the pasta but didn’t have quite enough so I served a wonderful 2015 Malbec by Alamos. Definitely will buy again. Buon cibo, buon vino, buon amici...
