Rapper Nelly has reportedly reached a settlement in a sexual assault case with his accuser, as TMZ reports. Almost a year ago, a woman who resides in England filed a lawsuit against Nelly for allegedly sexually assaulting her after a concert in Essex in 2017.

The accuser that identified as Jane Doe, claimed that the “Country Grammar” rapper forced her to perform oral sex during a meet-and-greet.

The woman recently informed the judge that she and Nelly settled their dispute, according to documents that were filed in federal court on Tuesday (Oct. 22).

It’s currently unclear whether or not money was exchanged and what the terms of the agreement are because it’s confidential.

The accuser had also included Nelly’s girlfriend, Shantel Jackson in the lawsuit, claiming that she lied when she dismissed the woman as a liar.

Last year, Nelly reached a settlement with another woman who claimed that the St. Louis native sexually assaulted her on his tour bus.
