I've been open and honest on the air about my mom who was in her 70's when she was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. Thanks to events like the one I hosted this weekend; "Making Strides" with the American Cancer Society the money we are raising is adding years to my mom's life and thousands of others here in Charlotte. When you donate money to a cause it's nice to know the money matters, and makes a difference I know first hand. So thanks for giving my mom a chance to spend more days with her grand kids.
