A student at a Clover middle school is facing charges after authorities say he threatened to kill two of his classmates.

The York County Sheriff’s Office says the boy is a student at Oakridge Middle School, but will not be releasing his name due to age.

The police incident report says the boy made verbal threats that included a threat to “rape” one female classmate before cutting her up into pieces and then killing another female classmate after breaking into her home. The boy also admitted to sending an anonymous text message stalking threat using an app meant to hide his identity.

The boy claims his statements were a joke.
