Yum! I like my banana bread kinda crusty on the outside and moist on the inside. When you begin peeling your bananas you realize there's so many different ways to cook, eat and enjoy banana bread! Adding chocolate chips, walnuts, plain, add cream cheese, maybe even top it off with butter! There are even ways to make it healthy, since everyone is trying to keep the six-pack summer going, as we transfer into the colder months. When making banana bread, you can swap out many things like, swapping out white flower and using almond flour, lower in carbs and better nutritional value. Sugar,  is a staple in a dessert, but think about maybe using Stevia or coconut sugar.

You can also sweeten it with sugar-free maple syrup or honey! Now, butter, swap it out for oil, even avocado oil. To top off the dessert, healthy add-ins too! When going for chocolate chips, do dark chocolate or cacao nibs. Cacao nibs are an excellent source of healthy fat. If you want a sweet banana bread, add in all-natural dried fruit. Dried fruit will make up for the healthy sugar swap you’ll do! Fruit is a great source of natural sugars. There are so many ways to eat banana bread, and this is the perfect time of year to start the oven up on a regular basis for family and friendly gatherings. Healthy options are everywhere, eating bread that won’t leave you feeling guilty is probably one of the best.
