Video: People Think Hovering Lights Over The ‘Outer Banks’ Are UFO’s

A new video is out of a man in the Outer Banks who may have spotted possible UFO's.

Now there is a lot of military out near the coast so that's an option as well. In the video you see bright lights floating over the water and the folks recording mention there is nothing else around. Do you think these are UFO's or are we just hoping.
