Going meatless, even if only for one day or one meal can have a serious positive impact on our environment! I won’t get all preachy, but if you are interested in learning more about it there are a lot of wonderful educational documentaries on Netflix. Some of my favorites are Cowspiracy, Okja (this is a movie, but VERY good), Food Inc, What the Health, and if you REALLY want to go all in… Earthlings, which you can find on Vimeo or YouTube.
