Grammy Award-winning singer Kelly Rowland recently sat down with Extra TV and talked about Beyonce’s Emmy snub and new music that she has on the way.

Extra’s Renee Bargh led with telling Rowland that she wasn’t sure if she agreed, but she felt like Beyonce was robbed of an Emmy for her Netflix special, Homecoming, that chronicled the making of the singer’s iconic 2018 Coachella performance.

Rowland told Bargh, “Absolutely. I completely agree. Only because I know that she lost sleep. It was Homecoming. The culture of it. The pride in it. The passion behind it. I definitely think that she was robbed.”

Rowland also called J. Lo and Shakira’s forthcoming halftime performance during the Super Bowl “sexy” before gushing about the new music that she has on the way.

“Yes. There is music coming very soon,” Rowland said.  “I’m over the moon about it. I am very excited about this.”
