If you have never had a cheesesteak before, an authentic Philly cheesesteak has hard crusts yet soft bread. They have perfectly seasoned ribeye with onions and cheese. One common thing I noticed on my cheesesteak tour, the debate amongst locals wasn’t which restaurant had the better sandwich, the debate was how you chose to prepare it.
