If you feel like your productivity can use improvement, here are some things you can try to keep yourself straight and start working the way you want to.
Make sure you get plenty of sleep; You can't do your best when you’re only getting three hours of sleep every night. Your body needs to recharge in order to do what it needs to do and efficiently.
Try to incorporate exercise into your daily routine; Start your day off with a nice trip to the gym at 6 am. No one will be there, so take advantage of the free equipment. If you don't have access to a gym, you can jog near your house, or even do some work out sessions at home.
Make healthy eating a top priority - Those cheaper foods may be convenient, but your body has other thoughts. You really are what you eat. All those burgers only make you super-sized, greasy, and sluggish.
