Billboard has just announced that it will gift P!nk with the Legends of Live Award at the Billboard Live Music Summit & Awards. She will be the first female solo artist to receive this award. According to Billboard, The Legends of Live award is their top honor for touring and live performances.

Dave Brooks, Billboard’s senior director of live and touring, explains, “Between her mesmerizing live performances, her high-flying visual acrobatics, and her incredible catalog of music that included 32 singles on the Billboard Hot 100 and three Billboard No.1 albums, there is no artist more deserving of this award that P!nk.”

He also says, “Her Beautiful Trauma tour is a historic feat of endurance and artistic excellence and we are honored that she will be joining us in Beverly Hills to celebrate this record-breaking achievement.”

Billboard reveals that P!nk’s Beautiful Trauma tour grossed $397.3 million, which makes it the 10th highest-grossing tour in Billboard Boxscore’s history.

Other celebs who have received this award include Ozzy Osburne, Journey, Lionel Ritchie, Bon Jovi, and John Mayer.

The Billboard Live Music Summit & Awards will be November 5 and 6.
