wedding day

Colors are what ignite the spark in every wedding ceremony from the wedding gown to the suit of the groomsman. The list is endless and with wintertime is fast approaching and tis the season to create a once in a lifetime magical wedding ceremony. And it all begins with having the perfect color scheme. Here are my top 3 color schemes that would create a stylish and elegant winter wedding.

Royal blue

This dazzling color was first used to make a robe for Queen Charlotte and King William IV (1830 - 1837) and ever since it has been called 'Royal blue'. This color brings to mind that sophisticated, exotic and royal feeling, which every winter wedding deserves. It complements perfectly well with any icy winter palette.

Red and pink

Winter weddings are usually black and white, different metallic shades, and gloomy jewel tones but let's dump that trend this winter and pick up some red and pick vibe to create a vibrant and colorful atmosphere. Mix different shades of red and pink to create a more appealing palette scheme.

Soft blues, blue-greens, and grey

Pair soft blues, blue-greens, and grey in your icy winter palette to create a chic and elegant winter wedding theme. A touch of rustic details would make a romantic atmosphere during the wedding.

Well, getting married during the winter season does not mean your wedding should be limited to only holiday hues. Infuse these color palettes in your wedding to make it unexpected and stylish.
