According to a survey of 5,000 men and women conducted by OnePoll, the Irish accent is the sexiest. In last year’s survey, Ireland came in third—below New Zealand and South Africa—but this year, the country has returned to its place at the number one spot, while the Kiwi and South African accents are no longer in the top 10.
A spokesperson from OnePoll said, “High-profile stars such as Colin Farrell have helped bring the accent more to the forefront.” We Americans didn’t fair so well… Personally I dig the Australian accent… Here’s the whole list!
