Ed Sheeran's single, "Shape Of You" was the biggest selling single of 2017 and reached number 1 in 34 countries... but did Ed Sheeran steal part of the song? That's exactly what one artist is saying.

Sam Chokri, a lesser known artist, is convinced that Sheeran copied the chorus from his 2015 song, "Oh Why"

Chokri is actually taking Sheeran to court over the accusations.

The chorus of the song is the only part I can tell sounds similar but personally, I think it's just a coincidence.
