Flags mean many things to various people like it does for Firefighter Steven Coakley Foundation. They're hosting a reflective memorial atRomere Beardon Park September 11, 2019. The Flags of Remembrance ceremony begins at 8:30 am on 9/11. The memorial will consist of the tolling of a bell at prominent times of 8:46, 9:03, 9:37, 9:59, 10:03 & 10:28 and will include a replica of the Twin Towers to sign for sharing your thoughts.

The charter of the foundation is to provide educational scholarships, donate funds and/or equipment to local emergency services to increase the safety of the public and first responders, provide a mobile memorial of WTC Steel and hold memorials to honor Firefighter Steven Coakley, FDNY Engine 217 & those lost on 9/11.
