Nine-year-old Caden Dixon had to face the first day of school just a month after his dad was killed in the line of duty. The deputies who worked with his father were there to have his back. They gave Caden a special escort on the first day of school.
Hall County Sheriff's deputies escorted the fourth-grader to class in Georgia to show their support. In the Facebook post below, they share photos and explain they wanted to give the boy and his mother some extra support and encouragement.
