OAKLAND, CA – FEBRUARY 06: A worker with the Oakland Department of Public Works street cleaning team dumps trash into a pickup truck February 6, 2006 in Oakland, California. The Oakland city council committee is expected to vote on a measure Tuesday that would impose fees on all restaurants and stores that serve takeout food or beverages to combat a growing and costly problem of litter throughout the city. Oakland would be the first city in the nation to force fast food outlets and convenience stores to help finance the clean up litter. (Photo by Justin Sullivan/Getty Images)

They say be the change you wish to see in the world, and that is exactly what Scott Presler did. President Trump tweeted that a particular area in West Baltimore was "rat and rodent infested" so he was on a mission to improve his city.
With one tweet, he enlisted the help of others in the community and made it happen.
More than 170 volunteers came out to pick up trash, working 8am to 8pm. The pay off? They removed over 12 tons of trash from the alleys and streets in West Baltimore.

The cleanup didn't go unnoticed either. Presler is getting news attention, but most importantly changing the lives of the actual West Baltimore community.
Good for you, Scott! Be the change you wish to see in the world.
