Is a proper diet, working out, and drinking water the way to stay alive long? Louise Signore says no.
Signore just celebrated her 107th birthday, and she's giving the scoop on why she's lived so long: She's stayed single.
The Bronx native tells CNN, " I think the secret of 107: I never got married. I think that's the secret. My sister says 'I wish I never got married.'" Her sister is currently 102.
Even though staying single is her go-to to stay young, she also stays active and busy.
"If they had exercises, I do the exercise. If they have dancing, I dance. I still do a little dancing. After my lunch, I will play bingo, so I had a full day."
