How does a west coast burger make its way to the east coast? 

Lincoln Boehm found an untouched double double from an In-N-Out burger chain on the streets and described it as the most confusing thing he's ever experienced.

In-N-Out is a regional fast food chain primarily found in the Southwest near the pacific coast. So how is it possible a perfectly untouched burger from the pacific coast made its way to the streets of New York?
