Weekdays 6:00AM-10:00AM

If someone destroyed one of your family’s heirloom, what would you do? Find out how LauRen handled someone spilling ink all over her dad’s 35-year-old painting.

Holy cow people! It has been a day. I wish I could tell you about everything going on currently in my life but some of it is very private and some of it is just not my story to tell yet. Anyhow, just know if you are going through it, you are not alone.

If you are going through something, you probably know that when it rains it pours. Yesterday, was a monsoon! I have been riding the “house for sale” rollercoaster for a while now and this week we hit a huge bump in the road. Then, on top of that, this happened.

When my father passed away in 2004 I was handed down a painting that he and my mother bought together 23 years ago. Now that we are moved into our new house I am in the process of hanging our photos and art.

Well, that painting from my father is mounted in a frame that doesn’t really go in our home, but that’s an easy fix… just change out the frame right? That’s what I thought too. Until I was standing in the frame shop and an employee exploded a pen all over my father’s 35-year-old painting.

Watch the video below to find out what happened next.
