Beyonce proves that she’s just like the rest of us — kind of.

The singer, actress, and Lion King star released a new video on her YouTube page going into even more detail about getting the baby weight off before her 2017 Coachella performance.

She begins the video saying “Good morning, its 5 a.m., and this is Day 1 of rehearsals for Coachella. Every woman’s nightmare, this is my weight,” before showing the camera that she was 175 lbs. She adds after that, “long way to go. let’s get it!”

Getting on the scale for the first day on a diet/workout is a hardship that anyone who has dieted can feel in their soul, so it’s refreshing to see someone like Beyonce dealing with the same struggle.

Beyonce planned on performing for Coachella but got pregnant unexpectantly with twins Rumi and Sir Carter, which made her journey to getting into tip-top shape even harder. The journey leading up to Coachella was documented for Homecoming, which is currently on Netflix.

The 2:33-minute video titled “22 Days Nutrition,” Beyonce goes into detail about the plant-based diet she adopted to get in shape, eating foods as close to nature as possible, and getting rid of processed foods. The video even shows some of the meals she ate.

Beyoncé - 22 Days Nutrition

22 Days Nutrition was created by Beyoncé's friend, trainer, exercise physiologist and New York Times Best Selling author, Marco Borges.
