George Washington had an apple tree and apples make cider. For this Independence Day weekend, celebrate your freedom with some craft hard cider in the NoDa!
I’m super pumped for this weekend. For the first time ever, there will be a NoDa Cider Crawl! You start off at North Davidson Street, and visit local establishments showcasing cider! There will be several styles to try from all over the Carolinas, including limited small batch releases, as well as cider cocktails. The crawl is self-guided, so no ticket is needed and crawlers can “make their own adventure.”
The event will start at 12 noon, and will go throughout the evening depending on the operating hours for each participating business.
Places where you will find great NC cider:
Billy Jack’s Shack NoDa – Cider Central
Protagonist – Noble Cider Royal Peach, GoodRoad CiderWorks East Meets West, Botanist and Barrel Botanical Animal, Red Clay Ciderworks Holla Pina, and a special cider cocktail!
Crepe Cellar Growlers – Good Road Waymaker
