Pay attention, all you nappers!
Napping is something you do your whole life. When you’re a child, you’re forced to do it. When you’re an adult, you look forward to doing it.
But what is the appropriate amount of time to nap? Personally, I’ve napped anywhere from 15 minutes to 4 hours…
Dr. Pelayo recently opened up to Pop Sugar and had this to say about naps,
“In general, an actual nap should be under an hour. “Some people like them in the 20- to 40-minute range,”
If your nap is over an hour and a half, you can often times run into that frogginess feeling.
Overall, the best nap time is whatever works for you, and your lifestyle. Now, I don’t know about you…. but i’m getting kind of sleepy….
