I just love animals and thankfully North Carolina has tons of them!

Do you consider yourself an amateur wildlife photographer? Ever wanted to be on the cover of a magazine? This is your chance.

North Carolina Magazine is taking submissions of wildlife photos to help encourage people to participate in nature photography and understand the importance of North Carolina's wildlife and wild places.

As their website states, last year almost 1,500 images were entered. That's a lot of animals! Another bonus, the winner will also have their photo shown at North Carolina's Museum of Natural Sciences.
