Miley Cyrus dropped her new EP, SHE IS COMING, at midnight on Friday, May 31.
It’s the first of a series of EPs the singer plans to release before the year’s end. Cyrus promised to share release dates for the other two EPS, SHE IS HERE and SHE IS EVERYTHING, all of which contain 6 songs and will comprise her full album, SHE IS MILEY CYRUS.
Taking to Instagram, Cyrus shared a number of visuals connected to the EP. The sexy shots and videos show Cyrus looking sultry in black and white.
The EP is the first collection of work we’ve seen from Cyrus since 2017’s Younger Now.
Earlier this week, one of the songs on the EP, “Cattitude,” caused a bit of controversy when fans speculated as to whether or not she was shading rapper Nicki Minaj.
“I love you Nicki, but I listen to Cardi,” the lyrics read, prompting speculation as to whether she was adding fuel to her former beef with Minaj, who famously called her out at the 2015 MTV VMAs.
But Cyrus put any rumors to bed Tuesday, insisting that she saw both Nicki and Cardi as “queens” and had no issues with either of them.
SHE IS COMING is out on all platforms now.
