A new prank on twitter is causing folks to have their accounts locked.
Here's why it's all going down this way. The prank is, if you change your Birthday year to "2007" you can unlock new color schemes on your Twitter. That is not true. You have to be 13 years of age to have an account. If you change the date to 2007, you will be 12 and locked out.
