This past weekend would have marked 7 years of sobriety for Demi and she took to her Instagram story to reflect on the day and her relapse.
"Today I would've had 7 years sober. I don't regret going out because I needed to make those mistakes but I must never forget that's exactly what they were: mistakes," Demi wrote.
She showed her gratitude to Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous and ended her story with a message to those who may have relapsed. "You can make it back. You are worth it."
