We've all had bad jobs at some point in time, whether it was a rough work environment or you simply weren't treated well.  However, not all of us have an awesome mic-drop style departure to seal the deal.

We talked to some listeners who walked out during lunch and never came back, some who threw their work keys into the drive-thru window, and then one person who staged a coup and got all of her employees to rally behind her and quit together!
