Because we all need a reminder sometimes.
Things you’ll probably worry about today, but Shape magazine is telling us we shouldn’t and why not:
- Don’t worry about if today will be the day that you finally get sick. Everyone is sick right now, don’t stress it. Chances are if you get sick it’s been in your body longer than you knew.
- Don’t worry about what people will think of your outfit, shoes, hair, etc. People are a lot less judgy than you think and don’t notice things about you like you would think. Everybody is busy worrying about themselves anyways!
- Don’t worry that you won’t get anything done today. Don’t stress over it! Tackle one task at a time and put the most important one first.
- Don’t worry about what you will eat for lunch or dinner! Ask around the office and tag on with someone who has a good plan. You might even make a new friend!
