Bubble gum brand Big League Chew has a new packaging that features a woman on it for the first time ever. It’s about time!
Ford Gum & Machine Company, the creators of the “Big League Chew” has announced it’s newest member to the iconic bubble gum roster. A female batter is featured on the softball inspired gum pouch and will be in the best selling “Outta Here Original” shredded gum chew.
The new character was brought to life by Amanda MacFarlane, a freelance designer and daughter of MLB short stop Bobby Bonner. The inventor of the Big League Chew, Rob Nelson, says “This new pouch is inspired by the girls who play hard and dream big.”
You can find “Big League Chew” at major retailers including DICK’S Sporting Goods, Dollar General, and Five Below. You can buy the new softball inspired gum pouch online here or in stores late Spring 2019.
Big League Chew Bubblegum is changing their logo after 40 years to include a woman. This is due to the fact that certain woman were better than some of the best guys playing softball..like @KairosOfLife ;) ????❤️???? pic.twitter.com/in4DWW8GwD— ☈♗☾♄????????❄️☃️????????????
