Are we being brainwashed?

Netflix has people literally saying “Thank you, next” to their closets. How? Thanks to the new series, Tidying Up with Marie Kondo.

Marie Kondo is a minimalist home/life improvement show based on the wildly popular 2014 book “The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up” starring the book’s author, Japanese organization expert Marie Kondo. Funny enough, the show was released on New Year’s Day.

How does it work? Using the “KonMari” method. What is this? Well, simply it is where you divide all the stuff in your house into several categories, and then examine each item to see if it sparks joy. Yes, joy. And if it does, you keep it. If it doesn’t, you thank it, as if it were a past lover, and neatly discard it.

Crazy? Maybe…but people are doing it.

Will you be cleaning up be your 2019 resolution? By the way…we are accepting hammy downs.
