Justin Timberlake did a lot more than just perform while he was in Charlotte.
Justin Timberlake performed at the Spectrum Center on Tuesday night in Charlotte but the day before his big show, he made a big impact in one family's lives.
Rebecca and Michael Holt lost their 5-year-old son, Charlie Holt, in a bizarre accident at a rotating restaurant in Atlanta in 2017.
Their son was a huge fan of Justin Timberlake, and specifically his song, "Can't Stop The Feeling."
After his passing, they created the Charlie Heart Foundation. The foundation focuses on enhancing the lives of children and families in areas of need through sustainable living, financial and health education
Justin Timberlake met up with the family on Monday this week:
He had a “sunshine in his pocket” the whole time. @jtimberlake and I spoke about Charlie’s Heart Foundation, clean water and families living in extreme poverty. But most of all, we shared stories of life and parenthood. Charlie no doubt was shining down on us #spreadsunshine pic.twitter.com/FqxyKxoqG5
