Those fun-sized candy bars aren’t so fun anymore…

So last night was the big night! You took your child trick-or-treating or make you were the one who went trick-or-treating. Maybe you are a parent and you are stealing some of your kid’s candy as we speak while they are in school! Whatever the case may be, there is a price to pay for each candy consumed! The thing is even though those candies are small, the calories add up quickly.

Let’s translate it into a simple term…jumping jacks. We all know that horrendous form of exercise right? One minute of jumping jacks burns nine calories. Let’s translate how many jumping jacks it will take you to burn off one fun-size of these popular candies.
