Video: Woman Steals Police Car While Handcuffed

A lady in Tulsa thought it would be smart to hop in the front seat of a patrol car and take off.

She was already outside of the car handcuffed. Body cam shows the lady in the passenger seat then hops across into the drivers seat and takes off. The Police chased her down and eventually caught her.
