“Trick-Or-Treaters” Over The Age Of Thirteen Could Get Jail Time In This Town
I am sure you have said to your friends, “Hey, I know we are twenty-four, but we could still trick-or-treat”. If you haven’t said that, well then it’s just me….
Only Eat Factory-Wrapped Treats — Yeah, it’s great that people want to offer up healthy alternatives or home made treats, but it’s not the safest option. Opposite idea, if you’d rather not hand out candy, hand out non-food related items.

However a town in Virginia is now calling for jail time if anyone over the age of thirteen is trying to get free candy. I just wonder how they will know? will there people scoping out treaters and asking for I.D's?
