While many people tune in for the game itself, the halftime show always pulls in big ratings, and it’s always the topic of much debate who will perform each year.
Well it’s just been confirmed by Variety, what artist will be performing at the 2019 Pepsi Halftime Show in Atlanta.
And it is….
Twitter has mixed responses to the news so far:
Maroon 5 are performing at a Super Bowl held in Atlanta as punishment for the Falcons blowing a 28-3 lead with less than two minutes left in the third quarter— Zito (@_Zeets) September 19, 2018

It seems most people are upset that the NFL decided on Maroon 5 for this Super Bowl because it is being held in Atlanta; and there are plenty of artists who are qualified enough that are from Atlanta.
Either way, Maroon 5 did have one of the biggest songs of the year with their hit, “Girls Like You” featuring Cardi B.
What do you think?
