West Coast Surfer Dudes Protest House Party Crackdown at L.A. City Council Meeting

When you think of city council meetings, you think of serious issues coming to light. That’s exactly what these west coast gentlemen did.

Apparently, anyone can have the floor during a L.A. City Council meeting. These two comedians posted as surfer bros testified against a city proposal to crack down on house parties.

“Chad Kroegar” posed as a house party enthusiast, and it’s amazing.
