Last week, Demi unexpectedly dropped a brand new song, Sober, that talks about the simple fact that she is no longer sober. Not long before releasing this song Demi celebrated 6 years of sobriety.
Over the weekend she performed the new song live for the first time, and to say that it is emotional is an understatement.
Demi sang the song while playing the piano for her performance at Rock in Rio Lisbon last night, and started to choke up when she sang he line "I want to be a role model."
After the performance she took to social media to showcase the performance with the words, "Tonight I took the stage, a new person with a new life. Thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout this journey. It will never be forgotten."
We support you, Demi! <3
