Shawn Mendes Releases “In My Blood” in Portuguese

"In My Blood" is now the official World Cup song for Portugal, and we absolutely love it.

The World Cup is around the corner, and soccer fans all over the world are marking their calendars to watch each of their country's dream teams compete for the ultimate title. It's a summer event that only happens every four years, so if you get to be apart of it, then you're a part of history.

Although he may not be a super-star soccer player, Shawn Mendes is now part of that history. Yesterday morning Shawn tweeted a link to his official world cup song for Portugal, "In My Blood" a remastered version of his recent top 40 hit with portions sung in Portuguese.

It's an even more emotionally driven version of the anthem that we give a huge seal of approval for, and we're excited to see him become a voice of the football world this summer.
