Gentlemen, summer is already here, but if you don't have that six pack yet, don't worry. A new survey shows that "dad bods" are still popular. According to Planet Fitness, 21% of adult men, or 25.1 million, self-identify as having a dad bod, which is up from 21.5 million last year. Also, 67% of women say that they find men with dad bods more attractive.
62% of men say that having a dad bod has improved their lives because they don't worry about their appearance, which in return makes them feel more confident. Along these lines,70% of women believe men with dad bods have happier marriages, while 83% think it's a sign of true confidence.
So the beach season is right around the corner, and guys are probably asking themselves the same thing... To get a six pack or drink a six-pack that is the question.
