This week we have Roy as the Kiss 95.1 Pet of the week! The pet of the week is brought to you by Social Pet Hotel and Day Care and North Meck Animal Rescue.
Roy greets all our volunteers with his eyes. He is the first dog you see when walking into our shelter and our hearts melt every time. Roy is a handsome and very smart 2-year-old rottweiler/husky mix. He’s a pretty sleek guy, only weighing about 45 pounds. He can be a little shy around new people but warms up quickly.
Roy loves to play with other dogs but since he’s a bit of a homebody, he would prefer to play in his own backyard. Roy would be happiest in a home with another dog who likes to play. Roy enjoys his walks and does well on a leash. Due to his timid personality, we think Roy should be in a home with a fenced in yard and with children 12 yrs and older. Roy’s adoption fee $195 includes his neuter, parvo/distemper series of shots, rabies, bordetella and microchipping.
