Halsey Stirs Up Twitter Controversy

The singer sent Twitter into a tailspin after commenting on hotel's lack of hair care options for people of color.

Last year, Halsey told Playboy magazine in an interview that she was "half black." She said, "I'm white-passing. I've accepted that about myself and have never tried to control anything about black culture that's not mine. I'm proud to be in a biracial family, I'm proud of who I am, and I'm proud of my hair."

This year, she's speaking up.

While a lot of people have come to her defense and even agreeing with her, it was obviously criticised by many.
