5ks too hard? Texas has it all figured out... "POINT" 5k.
A Texas town has life figured out.
There is now a run that will consist of only .31 miles with a coffee and doughnut break in the middle that is dedicated to "underachievers" who don't want to run a full 5k, but rather a .5k.
Organizers have said the registration for the event has already filled up.
"Join your fellow underachievers for a day (actually more like 10 minutes) of glory, celebration and participation trophies to raise money for a great organization," the organizers wrote.
The run is aiming to raise funds for charity Blessings in a Backpack.
