Everyone used to want a nice white smile, but now people are wanting bling on their smile.

Celebrity dentist Dr. Anjali Rajpal says this trend is a new take on the grills stars used to go for. Dr. Rajpal says there's no damage to the tooth structure, so it's easy to trade out jewelry by polishing the gem off and putting on a different one.
