Barbie Has A What?!
I don’t think we’re ready for this. Apparently, Barbie has a last name, and that’s not a new fact! We’ve lived our whole lives thinking Barbie was a one name…

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA – MAY 18: A Barbie doll is pictured at Leuralla NSW toy and railway museum, as the iconic doll approaches her 50th birthhday May 18, 2007 in Sydney, Australia. First launched at the New York Toy Show in 1959, Barbie has now become the largest selling toy ever produced. Barbie has worn the outfits of the great designers such as Dior, Ralph Lauren, Armani, Versace and many others, and has seen a career of almost 50 years of dramatic social, cultural and political changes. We've lived our whole lives thinking Barbie was a one name type of girl, but since last week via Twitter, it all changed. The @Barbie twitter account tweeted a picture of her three siblings in honor of National Siblings day saying, "Happy #SiblingsDay from the Roberts sisters."
You can imagine everyone's surprise that Barbie had been given the last name. When? How? We were all of those emotions, but in fact, her full name is Barbara Millicent Roberts. The doll was created in the 50s by Ruth Handler. She named the doll after her own daughter and a legend were born.
Did you know Barbie has a last name? When did you find out? We want to know @theMRLshow!
